I'm not sure that CBN works for me overall, or maybe the dosage on this is too strong for me. It puts me in a deep body relaxation, but it seems to make my mind too active to really sleep the way I was looking for when I bought this.
THAT SAID, I am not a great flyer. A square of this managed to help me sleep for about 1.5 hours on an almost 8 hour flight. That alone made this purchase worth it. Plus they taste great!

The best edible for sleep that I’ve tried. I have regular insomnia, and nothing has worked as well this chocolate. These give a full body, tingly high and I can’t keep my eyes open. Get cozy and ready to sleep and settle in with this stuff.
